Return Policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy for items received defective or incorrect. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective or damaged.
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, color, or quantity sent by our team).
  • The item has manufacturing defects upon arrival.
  • The item is not made by order/personalized/customized.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided.

Here is the return procedure:

  • To start a return, you can contact us at hello@gaibook.com.
  • Only approved return requests will be accepted. If your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions via email. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Once you share the airway bill of the returned item to our team, we will issue a store credit of your value of purchase within 5 business days.
  • The store credit will expire in 14 days.

Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request. 
  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be issued as store credit within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the store credit has been successfully processed.
  • If you have not received your store credit within 14 business days after your return has been approved, please feel free to contact us at hello@gailbook.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.
