Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return after you receive the items.
We only accept returns if there is any fault from our team or brands upon you receiving the item, be it a faulty item (item is defective/damaged) or if you receive the wrong item. All shipping fee is non-refundable.
You’ll also need to share the unboxing video of the item and your receipt / proof of purchase.
Here is the return procedure:
- To start a return, you can contact us at hello@gaibook.com.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Once you share the airway bill of the returned item to our team, we will issue a store credit of your value of purchase within 5 business days.
- The store credit will expire in 14 days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your store credit within 5 business days. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@gailbook.com.
